Last updated: 2026-07-25

The following terms and conditions govern all offers, contracts and deliveries between Autdodeko — Click & Drive and its customers.

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the sale and financing of vehicles concluded via our website or directly with us. Deviating conditions only apply if confirmed by us in writing.

2. Offers and contract formation

All offers are subject to change and non-binding. A contract is formed only after our written order confirmation. Vehicle descriptions and images are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise.

3. Prices and financing

All prices are in EUR and include the statutory VAT at the time of the offer. Financing is subject to a successful credit check. Terms of up to 84 months are available depending on creditworthiness and vehicle.

4. Payment and delivery

Payment is made according to the agreed financing plan. Delivery or handover takes place after receipt of the down payment or completed financing approval and the necessary documents. Dates are estimates unless fixed in writing.

5. Warranty and liability

Every vehicle is delivered with a 12-month warranty included. Optional extensions to 24 or 36 months are available. Liability for defects is governed by the statutory provisions. We are not liable for slight negligence unless essential contractual obligations are breached.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for contracts concluded at a distance. Please refer to the separate cancellation policy provided with the order confirmation.

7. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection law, in particular the GDPR. We only share data with financing partners and authorities when legally necessary.

8. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If individual provisions are invalid, the remainder of the contract remains unaffected.
